Lake Effect Chooses "My Hood My Block My City" for November + December 2020.

1% of all Lake Effect sales go to Chicago-based non-profit organizations and charities - particularly those in the creative space. We have decided our sales for all of November and December of 2020 are benefitting My Block My Hood My City which provides provides underprivileged youth with an awareness of the world and opportunities beyond their neighborhood. 

My Block My Hood My City takes students on explorations focused on STEM, Arts & Culture, Citizenry & Volunteerism, Health, Community Development, Culinary Arts, and Entrepreneurism.
